Do you include a gift message?
Yes. Every order includes the option to add a complimentary personalised gift message. Your message will be beautifully presented and placed inside the gift box for the recipient to discover upon opening.
Do you include pricing information inside the gift box?
No. We never include pricing information, invoices, or receipts inside our gift boxes, making it easy to send gifts directly to recipients.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Every gift is beautifully presented in our signature luxury gift box and prepared as part of our premium packaging experience. As each order arrives ready to gift, additional gift wrapping is not required.
What is included in the packaging experience?
Each gift is presented in our signature magnetic gift box and includes premium packaging elements such as tissue paper, satin ribbon, a personalised gift message, and thoughtfully curated finishing touches designed to create a memorable unboxing experience.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the time of year.

Do you offer international shipping?
We currently offer delivery within the United Kingdom.
If you are located outside the UK and are interested in placing an order, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss available options.
Can I send a gift directly to the recipient?
Absolutely. Simply enter the recipient's delivery address at checkout and include your personalised gift message. No pricing information will be included inside the gift box.
Can I choose the products inside a gift box?
Our Signature Collections are thoughtfully curated and sold as complete gifting experiences.
For corporate gifting and bespoke projects, customised options may be available. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Do you offer corporate gifting?
Yes. We offer luxury corporate gifting solutions for client appreciation, employee recognition, onboarding, executive gifting, festive gifting, and special events.

Is your packaging sustainable?
Yes. We are committed to reducing environmental impact through the use of recyclable materials, plastic-free packaging components where possible, and thoughtfully sourced products and packaging.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
If you need to amend or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders may only be amended or cancelled before preparation and dispatch have begun. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs where possible. We will investigate the issue promptly and arrange an appropriate resolution.
