A larger private-home project may involve the client directly or be coordinated in part through a personal assistant, housekeeper or other authorised household representative.

We establish priorities, access and practical arrangements clearly so work can progress efficiently while respecting the routines and privacy of the household.

Reversible organisational decisions can be made as part of the process. Where items are not to remain within an organised space, they can be set aside carefully within the property for you or your authorised representative to handle. We do not dispose of, donate, sell or remove items on your behalf.

Privacy & care of belongings

Private possessions and household information are treated discreetly and belongings are handled carefully throughout the project. Sensitive, valuable or personally significant items receive particular care.

Working with you or your household

Decisions about the permanent treatment or relocation of belongings remain with you or the appropriate authorised person. Items set aside during organisation remain within the property for you or your representative to handle.

Organisation, not cleaning

The service is professional home organisation rather than cleaning or housekeeping. We do not use detergents, chemicals or cleaning products. Where necessary, a light dry wipe with a clean cloth may be carried out to remove minor loose dust during the organisation process.

Storage products & recommendations

Where organisers, baskets, dividers, protective storage or other products would improve function, suitable options can be recommended. Existing storage is retained where it works well, and additions are introduced only where they add practical value.
