The size, layout and existing storage within the area being organised influence the amount of work required. -
The Belongings
The volume, variety and care requirements of the belongings determine the level of assessment, organisation and refinement involved. -
The Project
Location, access, household arrangements and whether the work involves one space or several areas are considered when preparing the final scope.
Understanding Your Service Fee
Professional organisation
Your project price reflects the agreed professional organisation work, including the planning, hands-on organisation and refinement required within the confirmed scope.
Existing storage
We work with existing cabinetry, shelving, drawers and storage wherever they function well. There is no requirement to replace storage simply for visual consistency.
Additional storage products
Hangers, dividers, baskets, protective storage and other organisation products are not automatically added to a project. Where suitable products would genuinely improve the space, they may be recommended or included within the agreed project. Any products included, and any additional cost where applicable, will be confirmed clearly in advance.
Travel and project expenses
Where significant travel, parking, accommodation or other project-specific expenses apply, these are discussed and confirmed before the booking is finalised.
Work outside the agreed scope
If the project develops beyond the originally agreed scope, any additional work is discussed with you before proceeding.

Begin with a short enquiry outlining the area you would like organised, the property location and what you would like to improve. -
2. We Review the Project
Where appropriate, we may ask for a small number of photographs so that we can understand the space and likely scope more accurately. If anything remains unclear after review, we may ask for a short 1–2 minute video walkthrough. -
3. We Confirm the Fee
Once the requirements are clear, we confirm the proposed scope, fee and any relevant practical arrangements before you decide whether to proceed.

The starting fees shown represent smaller, clearly defined projects within each service category. Larger spaces, greater volumes of belongings, more complex requirements or projects requiring additional time will be quoted accordingly.
