What You Can Expect

Care of your belongings

Your possessions are handled carefully throughout the organisation process. We work with what you already own and create systems around your home and routines. Belongings remain within the property; we do not dispose of, donate, sell or remove items on your behalf.

Organisation, not cleaning

The service is professional home organisation rather than cleaning or housekeeping. We do not use detergents, chemicals or cleaning products. Where necessary, a light dry wipe with a clean cloth may be carried out to remove minor loose dust during the organisation process.

Working with you or your household

You may be involved throughout the project or, where appropriate, a personal assistant, housekeeper or other authorised representative can coordinate access and practical arrangements. Where an instruction materially affects the agreed project, we may seek confirmation that the person giving it has appropriate authority.

Sensitive and valuable belongings

Personal, sensitive and valuable possessions are approached discreetly and carefully. If an item appears particularly valuable, sensitive or personally significant, we will pause handling it and, where appropriate, set it aside carefully within the property while seeking instructions.

Starting fees vary according to the service, scope and location of the project. Wardrobes, dressing rooms and playrooms start from £500, kitchens and pantries from £550, while multi-room Private Home Projects are prepared as a bespoke proposal.
