Storage, placement and categories are kept as simple as the household needs them to be. Existing products are retained where they work well, and new organisers are introduced only where they add practical value.

A professional organiser can create structure, identify duplication and make practical recommendations, but decisions about what permanently leaves the home remain with the appropriate person.


Reversible organisational decisions can be made as part of the process. Where items are not to remain within an organised space, they can be set aside carefully within the property for you or your authorised representative to handle. We do not dispose of, donate, sell or remove items on your behalf.

Originally from Spain and long established in the UK, Gemma brings a distinctly international outlook to her work, shaped by life across cultures and a multilingual background. This perspective sits naturally alongside a service defined by discretion, sensitivity and an understanding that every household has its own way of living.

Her approach is informed by extensive professional experience supporting VIP and private clients, including within diplomatic and government environments where discretion, trust and attention to detail are essential.

The service grew from a belief that organisation should do more than make a space look beautiful. It should protect what matters, simplify everyday routines and create systems that feel natural to maintain.

Every project is approached personally, with care, discretion and close attention to the way the household actually lives.

What You Can Expect

Organisation, not cleaning

The service is professional home organisation rather than cleaning or housekeeping. We do not use detergents, chemicals or cleaning products. Where necessary, a light dry wipe may be used to remove minor loose dust during the organisation process.

Sensitive & valuable belongings

Personal, sensitive and valuable belongings are handled carefully. Where an item would benefit from specialist conservation, repair, authentication or another professional service, we do not attempt that work as part of the organisation service.

Storage products

New hangers, baskets, organisers or protective storage are recommended only where they improve function, care or accessibility. Existing storage is retained where it works well.

Permanent decisions
